Privacy notice

Effective 27 October 2026. This notice covers the regino4.eu website. Processing of data inside the regino4 product for customers is governed by a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

What we process and why

• “Contact us” form: the e-mail address you enter and the time it was sent – to reply and arrange a demo. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept for 12 months after our last contact; if a contract follows, as the contract and accounting law require.
• Server logs: IP address, time, requested page and browser type – for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for no more than 14 days.

The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server; your browser does not connect to third-party services.

Recipients

Only our hosting and e-mail provider, who processes the data on our behalf on servers in the EU ([HOSTING PROVIDER]). We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA, sell it, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@regino.sk; we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the authority in your country.

Providing your e-mail is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
